Room for artistic - creative souls

Room for rent in my home during January (possibility to extend until March), ideal for a creative, artistic, community-driven soul who values calm, respect, and conscious living. Private room with balcony, its own bathroom located outside the room (also used as the guest bathroom). You'd be sharing with me (Tiane, 40) and Tala, my 8-month-old husky, plus occasional short-term guests. I work from home, so I'm ideally looking for someone who does not work remotely, as I deeply value having quiet time and moments alone in the apartment.
