Furnished room in a very spacious apartment, walk-in closet, hardwood floors, washer, equipped kitchen, a balcony and great lighting. There are three other rooms and three more bathrooms in the house, the bathroom is shared with one person (a girl). It's located on Chihuahua street corner of Tonala in Roma Norte, right behind Álvaro Obregón and one block from Insurgentes, 20 seconds from all the bars in the Roma Norte corridor, one block from the metrobus and three from Insurgentes metro station. A lady comes once a week to help us with cleaning. The street we live on doesn't have parking meters or there are parking garage options around. The price is 11,000 and doesn't include utilities which cost approximately 500 monthly, one month rent and one month deposit required. Available starting February 1st, 2026.
